Power Breakfast

Happy Monday! Today I woke up quite early so I had a little bit more time to get myself ready. For me that means ditching the coffee on the way into work and instead opting for breakfast at home.

Here’s my go-to smoothie recipe that sets me up perfectly for any Monday morning ahead!*

Ingredients
1 banana
125g low-fat plain yoghurt
125ml almond milk
25g rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
4 cubes of ice

Method
Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth and enjoy!
