The new year always brings with it a surge of motivation to work harder, eat better and become the healthiest version of ourselves. While I can’t say that I enjoy how busy my gym gets around this time of the year, I absolutely love the change in attitude once January rolls around. We all make a conscious effort to drink less alcohol, walk more and do whatever we can in an effort to improve our overall well-being after the Christmas indulgence.
